Thank you all for a just perfect stay for the weekend. The staff were consistently courteous and amicable day and night. Liked the location that was magnificent and stunning and just off the restaurant and the tubes. The bar was pretty good. Nothing too much trouble, the venue met the needs, recommend it.

I attended a conference at the same hotel and it was nice to be able to stay at the same location with the hotel providing all the catering requirements.
A little remote when travelling by train and having to rely on a taxi service. This was quite expensive from Warwick Parkway station.

The location of the hotel, the friendliness of the reception and bar staff (we stayed overnight for a wedding). The size of the wedding reception room, the bar area and the comfort of the rooms.

Hotel was well located, clean, and had an excellent breakfast buffet, plus on site parking!
Our room was near the main road, and was a bit noisy at nigth as vehicles whizzed by.

Would recommend for a holiday
Friendly staff, spacious room, with attentive service made my stay enjoyable, especially the superb breakfast with a buffet that offered generous portion sizes and the convenience of free parking on site.

Nice place with excellent wi-fi, free parking, and a comfortable bar area. On my first stay, the staff accommodated my late departure, which I appreciated. Highly recommend staying here! I'm coming back for a city break.

The staff were excellent. The hotel itself was well kept with good facilities. Excellent breakfast too!
Being given the key to a room which was already occupied when we checked in. The room was very noisy from 6:30am on with many banging doors. The bed was like sleeping on solid wood.

We had a very relaxing break, with friendly staff, excellent food and nice rooms and surroundings. We will stay here again!
Indefinite hot/cold water coming out of both taps! No bottled water in the room and limited choice of tea/coffee.

Cute staff, spacious pool, breakfast area, the staff were amazing and attentive , made the stay so much better, and the breakfast featured a huge and tasty variety of food and drinks.
Couldn't ask for more.
